Publication Timeline

Below is the realistic schedule for a paper submitted to JMVRA. Each stage shows the working days it normally takes and who the work is waiting on — the journal or you. Stages marked Author are the only ones that can hold a paper up, so having your documents ready in advance is what keeps a submission inside the 1–2 day publication window.

Submission

Day 0 Author

Submit the manuscript through the online form. A Registration ID and Private Key reach the corresponding author's inbox within minutes — keep both, they are what open the Track Paper page later.

Editorial Screening

Same day JMVRA

The editorial desk checks scope, formatting, completeness and similarity before the paper reaches a reviewer. Most papers returned at this stage are returned for formatting, not for content.

Transparent Peer Review

1–2 days JMVRA

Reviewers assess originality, significance, correctness, clarity and presentation. You receive the reviewer's written feedback along with the decision — not just an accept or reject line.

Acceptance Notification

Within 1–2 days JMVRA

The decision arrives by email and appears on the Track Paper page at the same time. An accepted paper moves straight to the payment and documents stage.

Payment & Required Documents

Your pace Author

Pay the publication charge and send all four documents together in a single email to [email protected] with your Registration ID in the subject line. This is the one stage with no fixed duration — the clock restarts when the last document arrives, so sending them piecemeal is what usually delays publication.

Publication

1–2 days JMVRA

The paper goes live in the current issue with its own permanent URL, full metadata and a Crossref DOI on request. It is open access from the moment it appears — no paywall, no embargo.

Certificates & Indexing

Immediate Automatic

Every author's Certificate of Publication becomes downloadable from Track Paper straight away. Indexing across Google Scholar and the major databases follows on each service's own crawl schedule.

Typical total: 2–4 working days from submission to a live, citable paper — assuming payment and documents are sent together.
