Quick answers
How do we get our conference proceedings published with JMVRA?
Send the conference details through the online request form. The editorial team reviews it and contacts you; once the proposal is accepted the editorial office issues the MOU, and the papers are published as a special issue after review.
Is every paper from the conference published?
No. Papers are screened for scope and similarity and reviewed under the journal’s policies. Conference participation does not guarantee publication.
Where do published proceedings appear?
On the Recent Conferences page, each with its own proceedings page and table of contents, and in the journal’s archive with a permanent paper ID (and a DOI where the MOU includes one).
