How a monthly issue is built
- SubmissionPapers are submitted online during the month and receive a registration ID immediately.
- Peer reviewEach paper is screened for similarity and reviewed double-blind by subject reviewers; the decision goes out by email and SMS.
- PublicationAccepted papers are published in the current issue with a permanent paper ID and, where opted, a DOI.
- ArchiveAt month end the issue closes and joins the permanent, open-access archive by volume and issue.
