Submission

How do I submit my research paper to JMVRA?

Prepare your paper in the JMVRA paper template (MS Word, .doc or .docx) and submit it through the online paper submission form. You receive a Registration ID by email. If you cannot use the form, email the paper and author details to [email protected].

Is there any fee to submit a paper?

No. Submission is free. The publication charge is payable only after your paper has been accepted — nothing is charged if it is not accepted.

What types of papers can I submit?

Original research papers, review articles and case studies in any subject. JMVRA is multidisciplinary — see all research areas. Papers must not be published or under consideration elsewhere.

Does JMVRA provide a template for preparing the paper?

Yes. Download the JMVRA paper format (Word). Submit the paper as a .doc or .docx file. The publication guidelines explain the structure, references and figures.

Can I publish my thesis or dissertation?

Yes. Submit the core of your thesis as a research paper through the normal submission form — it is charged the same as any research paper. For the complete thesis as a book with an ISBN, see thesis and book publication.

What is my Registration ID and Private Key?

The Registration ID is the six-digit number emailed to you when you submit. The Private Key is an 8-character code sent to the corresponding author. Use either the key or your submission email with the Registration ID to track your paper.

Can I submit more than one paper?

Yes. Each paper is submitted, reviewed and charged separately; if more than one is accepted, the publication charge is paid paper by paper.

Fees & Payment

How much does it cost to publish in JMVRA?

The publication charge is ₹971 INR for Indian authors and $41 USD for foreign authors per research paper, for up to five authors. It is payable only after acceptance. See publication charges for the full details.

Is GST included in the publication charge?

Yes. 18% GST applies to online publication and is already included in the Indian charge of ₹971 INR — nothing is added at checkout. The GST breakdown shows the basic fee and the tax.

Which services are included in the publication charge?

  • Online publication of one complete research paper (up to 5 authors).
  • Soft-copy publication certificate for each author.
  • Soft-copy confirmation letter for the paper.
  • Paper and author details handling, basic formatting and typesetting.
  • A unique paper identification number.
  • Listing in the JMVRA digital library, and indexing on Google Scholar, academia.edu and other platforms.
  • An automatic citation generator for the published paper.

How do I pay the publication charge?

After acceptance, open Pay Publication Charges. Indian authors can pay by UPI, debit or credit card or net banking (or scan a UPI QR code); foreign authors pay by international card or money transfer. Pay only into the journal’s account or through its payment links.

What if my paper has more than five authors?

The charge covers up to five authors per paper. Each additional author is charged extra (₹500 per author for Indian authors). Tell the JMVRA team the final number of authors before the paper is published.

I have paid, but my status still shows pending. What should I do?

Email the payment receipt (showing the transaction ID, amount and date) to [email protected] with your Registration ID in the subject line. Payments are matched to papers by hand, so the receipt is what links your payment to your paper.

Can the publication charge be refunded?

Payments are non-refundable once an article is accepted and the charge is due. Requests about accidental extra payments are handled as described in the terms and conditions.

Is a DOI included, and what does it cost?

A Crossref DOI is optional and available on request for an additional ₹300 (Indian authors). See DOI details for what a DOI does and how to order one.

Review & Publication

What kind of peer review does JMVRA use?

Double-blind, transparent peer review: reviewers and authors do not know each other’s identities during review. Read the peer review policy for the full process.

How long does it take to publish a research paper?

Your paper is evaluated by expert reviewers, and acceptance or rejection notifications are sent via email and SMS. How long this takes depends on reviewer availability, the discipline and the depth of revision required, so no fixed turnaround is promised. After acceptance, publication follows once the charge is paid and the required documents are received.

How often does JMVRA publish?

Monthly — twelve issues a year. Accepted papers are published in the current issue; see the current issue and the archive.

Are papers checked for plagiarism?

Yes. Every paper is screened for similarity before and during review. See the plagiarism policy, and use a similarity check before submitting if you are unsure.

Can I use AI tools when writing my paper?

Read the AI policy for what is allowed and how AI use must be disclosed. Authors remain responsible for everything in the paper.

What happens after my paper is accepted?

Pay the publication charge and send the required documents. You can sign the undertaking and upload the documents from Track Paper, or email them in a single mail to [email protected].

Can I make corrections after my paper is published online?

The online publication is the official version of record and is citable as soon as it appears. To avoid authors citing different versions, a published paper is not replaced; later changes are made only through an erratum linked to the article. See the corrections policy.

Certificates & Documents

Which documents do I need to submit after acceptance?

  • Undertaking by Author form, signed — online from Track Paper, or download the form.
  • Identity proof of the corresponding author (election card, PAN card, college ID or driving licence).
  • Payment proof showing the amount, transaction ID and date.
  • Final manuscript in Word format, named with your Registration ID.
Mention your Registration ID in the subject of every email about your paper.

How do I track the status of my paper?

Open Track Paper, enter your six-digit Registration ID and verify with your Private Key or submission email. The page shows each stage and tells you when an action is needed. Status updates are also emailed to the corresponding author.

How do I get the certificate, confirmation letter and published paper?

Once the paper is published, download the soft copies of the certificates, the confirmation letter and the published paper from Track Paper.

Can I get printed (hard copy) certificates?

Yes, at an additional charge. Printed certificates, the printed journal and the confirmation letter are dispatched to the corresponding author. See charges for Indian authors or charges for international authors.
