Payment Screenshot & Documents
Paying is only the first half. A payment arrives with no reference to your paper, so nothing links it to your submission until you send the screenshot — and the paper cannot be published until four documents reach the editorial office. Both are listed below. Send them together, in one email, with your Registration ID in the subject line.
The transaction number is the field we match against. If it is cut off or hidden, the payment cannot be traced to your paper.
Check before you send
- The transaction ID / UTR number is fully visible — this is the field we match against
- The amount and date are readable
- The status clearly reads successful, not pending
- Not a photo of a screen — use your phone's screenshot function
- Nothing cropped away or covered by a notification banner
Your payment is not confirmed until the screenshot reaches us
Payments arrive without any reference to your paper, so there is no way to match one to a submission automatically. Verification is manual and takes time — sending the screenshot promptly is what keeps it short.
- Screenshot showing the transaction IDAlso called the UTR or reference number — it must be fully visible and not cropped.
- Your paper registration IDThe ID emailed to you when the paper was submitted.
- The amount and date of paymentBoth readable in the same screenshot.
- Registration ID in the email subjectSo the payment reaches the right file without being searched for.
All four are required before publication. Send them in the same email as the payment screenshot, to [email protected], with your Registration ID in the subject.
