Authors from any country can send research papers to JMVRA: the fee is $41 USD and is paid only after acceptance, a Crossref DOI is available on request, peer review is transparent and double-blind, and both submission and payment happen entirely online. Reading the author guidelines in your own time before you start usually makes submission smoother.

Payment can be made through PayPal, a credit or debit card, or a wire transfer where an institution pays, and only using the details that [email protected] sends with your acceptance. Indian GST does not apply to foreign authors paying in USD, and your bank’s prevailing rate governs currency conversion. Guide to International Journal Publication
1. Make sure the journal suits your subject
As a multidisciplinary journal, JMVRA covers every subject, including science, engineering, management, commerce, humanities, social sciences, law, education, health and others. Should your topic be absent from the research areas page, email the editor prior to submitting. If you are unsure which journal fits your paper, use the Journal Finder.
2. Get the manuscript ready
Use the paper format from Download Forms & Formats together with the publication guidelines; begin with the title, abstract and keywords, continue through the introduction, method, results and discussion, and end with the conclusion and references, all in one uniform style. Reading the paper aloud once before upload helps catch inconsistencies and awkward phrasing.
3. Test similarity ahead of submission
Before review begins, each manuscript is screened with Turnitin and/or iThenticate, and any paper above 15% similarity goes back without being reviewed. Paraphrase carefully and cite sources correctly prior to submitting from abroad, which saves an entire review cycle.
4. Submit online and follow the paper's progress
Use the online form to submit, and a paper ID will arrive by email. You can follow progress on Track Your Paper, and decisions are likewise sent by email and WhatsApp.
5. After acceptance
The $41 USD payment from foreign authors goes through the details provided by [email protected]. Afterwards the paper is placed in the monthly issue with a CC BY 4.0 licence, and a Crossref DOI can be added when requested.

Preparing an International Submission With Fewer Complications
Authors writing from outside India face questions about language, payment and recognition by their home institutions. These tips address the practical points that matter most before you send a manuscript.
- Clarify your institution's expectations. Ask your research office what evidence it needs for a publication to count toward promotion or evaluation, and gather that proof while the article is still in progress.
- Use plain, precise English. Write short sentences and define specialist terms. If English is not your first language, ask a fluent colleague to read the draft for unclear phrasing.
- Spell out local terms. Explain place names, laws, currencies and institutions that readers elsewhere may not know. A brief note makes your findings understandable to a global audience.
- Arrange payment methods early. Check with your bank that international transfers or online payments are permitted and how long they take, so that you can pay promptly when requested.
- Consider ethics rules in your country. Attach the approval documents your local ethics body issued for human or animal studies, and mention them in the methods section.
Check your home institution's requirements, write clearly for international readers, and arrange payment and ethics documents ahead of time.
