Quick answers
Choosing within the network
Which of the three journals should I choose?
All three are monthly, multidisciplinary and peer-reviewed. Submit to JMVRA (ISSN 2984-8911) on this site when you want its ₹971 INR / $41 USD fee and transparent double-blind review; TIJER (ISSN 2349-9249) and JNRID (ISSN 2984-8687) accept papers through researchwave.org at ₹970 INR / $50 USD.
When is the publication fee due?
Only after a paper has been accepted following peer review. JMVRA charges ₹971 INR for Indian authors and $41 USD for foreign authors; a Crossref DOI is an optional add-on requested at the same time.
Is JMVRA aligned with UGC parameters?
Yes. After UGC discontinued the UGC and UGC-CARE journal lists, journals are judged against UGC’s Suggested Parameters for Choosing Peer-Reviewed Journals, and JMVRA is aligned with them. No journal number is quoted because no list exists any more.

Searching a Journal Directory Efficiently for Your Manuscript
Directories are useful when you do not yet know where to send a paper. A methodical search strategy helps you filter options and avoid choices driven only by convenience.
- Filter by your own priorities. Write down what matters most, such as review model, access type or subject breadth, before searching. Priorities keep you from being swayed by whichever entry looks most attractive.
- Search by topic words too. In addition to browsing names, try keywords from your abstract. Topic searches can surface journals whose scope fits your specific question rather than your broad field.
- Compare entries in a simple table. Record the details you find for each candidate in a personal spreadsheet. Seeing differences in one view makes trade-offs obvious and your reasoning easy to explain later.
- Look at publication regularity. Check whether issues appear consistently and whether older volumes remain available. Regular output and a stable archive suggest the journal will still hold your paper for readers in future.
- Contact the office with specific queries. If a detail is unclear, write a concise question rather than guessing. A prompt, clear reply is a useful indicator of how the journal treats its authors.
Use directory searches with set priorities, record what you find in one place, and ask direct questions where details are unclear.
