Who We Are

JMVRA Publication is an academic publisher registered and operating under Indian law. Its journal, the Journal of Modern and Versatile Research Approach, was created so that researchers anywhere can afford quality research publication.

Independence in Everyday Decisions

A paper is accepted purely on academic merit, reviewer findings and ethical standards; payments, advertising and commercial relationships never enter the decision.

Equal Treatment

Authors, reviewers and editors all get equal treatment regardless of nationality, religion, gender, race, ethnicity, age or institution. A manuscript is assessed on its scholarship and on nothing besides.

The Rule on Conflicts of Interest

When an editor has any direct or indirect interest in a manuscript, that editor steps aside and another editor takes over. Authors report their own potential conflicts at submission — the checklist below shows what to include.

The Rule on Corrections and Retractions

Corrections, expressions of concern and retractions follow COPE guidance. Should you find a significant error in your published paper, inform the editor without delay — the steps are given below.

Advertising: The Rule

Advertising on JMVRA platforms is kept apart from editorial content at all times, and advertisers have no say in what is published or how papers are judged.

Who Decides What

This page shows the Company Policy applied in practice. The complete, binding wording is the JMVRA Company Policy, so read both before submitting.

How to Declare a Conflict of Interest

  • Any funding behind the research, and the part the funder played.
  • Jobs, consultancy work or shareholdings connected to the results.
  • A personal or professional relationship with a JMVRA editor or reviewer.
  • Any further interest that a reader might think shaped the work.
  • When nothing applies, write: “The authors declare no conflict of interest.”

State them at submission and within the manuscript itself. An editor who has a conflict steps back from handling the paper.

The Handling of a Correction or Retraction

  1. 1
    Report

Any person may send an error or concern to [email protected], along with the article link and supporting evidence.

  2. 2
    Assess

The editor examines the evidence and invites the authors to reply.

  3. 3
    Decide

The outcome is a correction, expression of concern or retraction, in line with COPE guidelines.

  4. 4
    Publish the notice

A link from the article to the notice lets readers see its current status.

Practical Tips for Understanding Editorial Governance as an Author

Knowing how a journal separates decisions, handles disclosures and treats corrections helps you behave transparently and set fair expectations. These suggestions turn governance principles into everyday author habits.

  • Disclose before you are asked. List funding, employment ties, consultancy work and personal relationships that a reasonable reader might consider relevant. Early, plain disclosure protects your credibility far better than an explanation after a question arises.
  • Keep editors and reviewers separate. Never approach reviewers or editorial board members privately to lobby for your manuscript. Direct every question about the decision through the journal's official communication channel.
  • Treat corrections as normal. Discovering an error after publication is not a disgrace. Report it promptly with clear details, because a visible, honest correction usually reflects better on researchers than silence.
  • Separate promotion from scholarship. If you plan to share your article on social platforms or institutional pages, keep the tone factual. Do not imply that the journal endorses a product, service or commercial claim.
  • Read the governance pages as a reader. Look for who makes decisions, how complaints are raised and where changes are announced. Transparent journals make these answers easy to find without asking.

Be open about interests, route all communication through official channels, and treat corrections as a normal part of responsible scholarship.

Questions Researchers Often Ask

Q1. Who is the publisher of JMVRA?
Since June 2023, JMVRA has been brought out by JMVRA Publication, an academic publisher that concentrates on open access research.
Q2. Is it possible for advertisers or payments to affect whether my paper gets accepted?
No. Acceptance is decided purely on scholarly merit, the outcome of peer review and ethical standards.
Q3. Which guidelines govern corrections and retractions at JMVRA?
The COPE guidelines, which set out how corrections, expressions of concern and retractions are handled once serious errors or misconduct have been confirmed.
Q4. Who takes the final call on my paper?
The Editor-in-Chief decides, drawing on the reports of 2–3 independent double-blind reviewers together with JMVRA’s ethical standards.
Q5. What counts as a conflict of interest that I should declare?
Any funding, employment or financial stake connected to the findings, plus any link with a JMVRA editor or reviewer. When nothing applies, say plainly that the authors declare no conflict of interest. Being open about these ties early protects both the authors and the credibility of the paper.
Q6. How can I report a mistake in an article JMVRA has published?
Write to [email protected] with the link to the article and your supporting evidence. COPE guidelines govern corrections, expressions of concern and retractions.
Q7. If I declare a conflict, will my paper be rejected?
No. Declaring it allows editors and readers to weigh it.
Q8. Do retracted articles get removed?
Usually they stay available, with a clear retraction label.
