The Journal Wave Conference Management & Tracking System — call for papers, submissions, reviewer allocation, registration and a direct route into published proceedings, all in one platform.
A conference is a publication problem with a deadline attached: abstracts arrive in bulk, reviewers have days rather than weeks, decisions must go out on a fixed date, and the proceedings have to come together while everyone is exhausted. jwcmt.org exists to make that survivable, without the tedious manual tasks that usually come with running an event.
Organising a call for papers already? Check the current one, or submit a standalone paper any time.
₹971 INR Indian authors · $41 USD international · payable after acceptanceSet a conference up with tracks, dates and templates without wrestling with unfamiliar software or an IT department.
Researchers submit electronically; organisers track every submission’s status in one place instead of an inbox.
Assign reviewers by track or keyword, with reminders and report collection built in — not chased by hand.
Accept registration fees and other conference charges securely, with a smooth checkout for delegates.
Manage the review process, communicate with reviewers, and make accept/revise/reject decisions with a kept record.
Sessions, chairs and rooms assembled from the same data that tracked the submissions into them.
No re-keying between stages — the same record follows a paper from submission to print.
Publishing outside a conference is just as straightforward. Read the current call for papers, then submit.
₹971 INR Indian authors · $41 USD international · payable after acceptanceA realistic schedule for a one- or two-day academic conference. Shorten it if you must, but keep the order.
Decide the themes, the number of tracks, what counts as a full paper versus an extended abstract, and the similarity limit you will apply. Write these rules down before the call opens; changing them halfway through is the most common cause of disputes with authors.
State the submission deadline, notification date, camera-ready date, registration fee, template and the publication route for accepted papers. Authors decide whether to submit from this one page, so it should answer their questions without an email.
Plan for at least two reviewers per paper and a third on standby. Ask every reviewer to declare conflicts with institutions or co-authors before papers are allocated, not after.
Return out-of-scope and incomplete papers, run the similarity check and send back anything above the limit before reviewers spend time on it.
Send reminders a few days before reports are due. Where reviewers disagree, the track chair reads the paper and records the reason for the final decision.
Every decision letter carries the reviewers’ comments. Accepted authors revise, register and upload the camera-ready version in the template.
Group papers into sessions by theme, assign session chairs and release the schedule early so presenters can plan travel or online access.
Record who presented. Only registered, presented papers go into the proceedings, together with front matter naming the committees and describing the review process.
A conference is judged by the papers it accepts. The simplest way to keep decisions consistent across tracks and reviewers is a short, published rubric that every reviewer answers for every paper.
| Criterion | Question the reviewer answers |
|---|---|
| Relevance | Does the paper fit its track and the conference theme? |
| Originality | Is the contribution new, and is earlier work fairly cited? |
| Method | Are the design, data and analysis adequate for the claims made? |
| Clarity | Can a reader in the field follow the argument without guessing? |
| Integrity | Is similarity within the limit, with no duplicate submission and ethics approval where needed? |
Publish the rubric with the call for papers. Authors write better papers when they know how they will be judged, and reviewers score more consistently when they all work from the same questions. Keep each paper’s reports with its record: a proceedings volume that can show its review trail is far easier for authors to cite in an appraisal or a thesis.
Many proceedings papers are short versions of a larger study. When the full study is ready, its authors can submit an extended version to a journal, as long as the overlap is handled openly:
At JMVRA, submission is free. An extended paper is screened for scope and similarity, sent for double-blind peer review, and the publication fee is charged only after acceptance. Optional extras, such as a Crossref DOI, are listed on the publication charges page before you pay anything.
Have an extended version of a conference paper ready? Check the author guidelines, then submit it for review.
₹971 INR Indian authors · $41 USD international · payable after acceptance| Mistake | What to do instead |
|---|---|
| Extending the deadline again and again | Allow one extension at most, announced at least a week before the original date. |
| A single reviewer per paper | Use two reviewers plus a tie-breaker, and record the reason for each decision. |
| Decisions sent without comments | Share the reviewers’ comments with every decision, accept or reject. |
| Promising indexing you cannot control | Describe only the publication route you control, and verify any indexing claim before printing it. |
| Collecting fees before review | Open registration after the decision, so rejected authors are never out of pocket. |
| Re-typing author names by hand | Use the submission record as the single source for the programme, certificates and proceedings. |
The organiser’s checklist as one line. Everything to the left of “close” is recruiting; everything to the right is judging and publishing.
Six decisions that decide whether the event runs smoothly, all made before the first submission arrives.

Two independent reviewers is a sensible minimum, with a third kept in reserve for papers where the first two disagree. The track chair then records the reason for the final decision.
Yes, provided it adds substantial new material, cites the original conference paper and is declared in the cover letter. It then goes through JMVRA’s own screening and double-blind peer review, whatever the conference decided.
After the acceptance decision. Asking authors to pay before their paper is reviewed ties money to the outcome, and experienced delegates read it as a warning sign.
