<dc:description>The study examines the impact of Green Human Resource Management Practices (Green HRMP) on employee engagement and employee performance in the private banking sector. The study adopts a descriptive research design with a sample of 150 employees selected through simple random sampling. Path analysis is employed to examine the direct relationships among green communication management, green career management, employee engagement, and employee performance. The findings reveal that green communication management (beta = 0.524) and green career management (beta = 0.444) have significant positive effects on employee engagement. Furthermore, employee engagement demonstrates a strong positive influence on employee performance (beta = 0.953). Green communication management (beta = 0.226) and green career management (beta = 0.169) also exert significant positive direct effects on employee performance. These results highlight the importance of integrating environmental communication, sustainability-oriented career development, and employee engagement initiatives into human resource management practices to improve workforce performance in private banks. The study concludes that effective implementation of Green HRMP can contribute to a more environmentally responsible, engaged, and productive workforce in the banking sector.</dc:description>
